What is Rovo Standard?

Rovo Standard is currently in beta.

You won’t be charged for the Rovo Standard subscription during the beta. After beta ends, you’ll automatically return to Rovo Free unless you opt in to the paid Standard plan. You’ll have at least 90 days to decide. How to manage your bill for Rovo Standard

Rovo Standard lets people in your organization use Rovo even if they don’t have a paid subscription to Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management or other Atlassian apps that include Rovo Free.

You can think of it as offering Rovo as its own app to people who primarily use other tools to manage work.

Rovo Standard makes it possible for more people in your organization to benefit from Rovo. They can:

  • search for information

  • ask questions in natural language

  • run automations and use agents to help with routine work

Rovo Standard gives you access to Rovo's AI-powered assistance and workflows. It brings together knowledge from the apps you already use. Rovo Standard respects the user’s permissions and surfaces only the data the user has access to. It doesn't grant additional access to data in Jira, Confluence, or other Atlassian apps, unless you have access through user or guest roles.

Rovo Standard doesn't change how users access Rovo through their existing Jira, Confluence, or other Atlassian app subscriptions. Those users continue to use Rovo as part of their current subscription.
