The Rovo button
For now, the Rovo button is only available in Confluence. You might not see it in your site yet, but you should see it soon provided your organization has Rovo, and AI activated.
If your organization has Rovo and has AI activated, you’ll have access to a button that stays with you while you work. The Rovo button is located at the bottom right of your screen.
You can think of this button as your doorway to Rovo and AI-powered actions. Of course, there are still AI features intentionally placed in other surfaces across Atlassian’s apps, but the Rovo button is always there when you need it. When you don’t need it, it’ll be patiently waiting off to the side.
Using the Rovo button
When the Rovo button is open, you can use the input field to:
Enter a prompt to start a chat. More about using Rovo Chat
Search for available actions.
The Rovo button will show different actions depending on what you’re doing when you open it, so the actions will be relevant to your context. For example, if you open it while reading a Confluence page, it will offer actions to make that task easier, like summarizing the page content. If you’re editing a page, it will show you actions to assist with editing a page.
There are some actions that will always be available in the Rovo button:
Create an agent: More about creating an agent
Browse agents: More about browsing agents in your organization
Give feedback: Use this to help us improve the Rovo button.
Nudges
Occasionally, you’ll see the button animate with a suggestion to show you the kinds of things Rovo can help you with.
