What is the Rovo mobile app?
Use Rovo on your mobile device to search, chat, and work with agents wherever you are. Accessing Rovo on your device means you can capture context with photos or voice, or continue chats when you’re away from your screen.
Before you begin
You need an Atlassian account with access to Rovo.
If your organization uses SSO, MDM, or other app management, follow your admin’s requirements.
If your company manages devices or uses work profiles, you may need to install Rovo from your work app store.
Download Rovo mobile on iOS
To start using Rovo on your mobile device:
Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.

Get started with Rovo mobile
Open your Rovo app.
Select Log in.
Enter your work email and follow prompts to authenticate (SSO/MFA if configured).
When prompted, pick the Atlassian site where you use Rovo (for example, your company’s site).
If you struggle to log in, make sure you can sign in to Jira or Confluence in a browser. If your org uses SSO, sign in with your work email and complete required authentication.
Admins may restrict which sites and apps Rovo can access.
Once you’re logged in, you can start using Rovo right away. Here’s some suggestions to try out:
Start a chat and ask a question about your project or company policies.
Open Agents from the chat menu and run a task. For example, draft a summary of a meeting or create action items.
Tap Add () in chat to upload a photo (such as a whiteboard) and ask Rovo to extract notes or create Jira work items.
