Our Business + AI and Enterprise plans automatically include Loom AI functionality. However, workspace admins can easily disable Loom AI for workspace members. As of August 2026, Loom AI settings for workspaces integrated with an Atlassian organization have moved to Atlassian Administration.

If you're on a Business+ AI trial, you'll also have access to this setting for the duration of your trial.

How to change your Loom AI settings

Only workspace admins can change Loom AI settings for workspace members.

When a Loom workspace is integrated with an Atlassian organization

  1. Go to Atlassian Administration.

  2. Select Rovo, then Rovo settings.

  3. If Loom is already listed under AI-enabled apps, select Loom. If it isn’t listed, go to Select apps, then select Loom.

  4. Grant or remove AI access.

If you grant AI access, Loom appears in the list of AI-enabled apps.

When a Loom workspace isn’t yet integrated with an Atlassian organization

  1. Go to Workspace settings, then select the Loom AI tab.

  2. Choose whether to keep AI on or turn it off for all workspace members. You can change this setting later.
