Download the Loom SOC 2 report
You can download Loom’s SOC 2 report from the Atlassian Trust portal. The report provides details about Loom’s security, availability, and confidentiality controls so you can complete your organization’s compliance review.
Make sure you have access to the email address you’ll use to request the report. You’ll need it to verify your request.
To download the Loom SOC 2 report:
Go to the Atlassian Trust portal.
On the Trust portal home page, select the SOC 2 report banner.
When prompted, enter your work email address, then select Next.
In the Approval reason field, briefly describe why you’re requesting the Loom SOC 2 report (for example, Vendor security review for Loom), then select Submit.
Check your email inbox for a verification code from Atlassian Trust.
Return to the Trust portal, enter the verification code, then select Verify.
Once your email is verified and your request is approved, select Download to get the Loom SOC 2 report.
