Important note: There are differences between Paid Loom legacy accounts and Paid Loom accounts integrated with Atlassian systems. You can read more about these differences in the FAQs here. How do I know if my account is integrated with Atlassian? Your account is integrated with Atlassian if you signed up for Loom after February 2026 OR if your legacy account has been integrated.
I have a legacy account, how do I know if it’s been integrated? You’ll see “Loom is now a part of Atlassian. Manage settings and users in Atlassian Administration.” message at the top of your Workspace Settings.

What features does the Business plan include?
On the Business plan, you'll have access to all the tools and features included in the Starter plan, plus:

What's the main difference between the Business and Enterprise plans?
Workspaces subscribed to the Enterprise plan get access to advanced security and administration features, including Single-Sign-On (SSO), SCIM (coming soon), and Advanced Privacy Controls (coming soon).
Both the Business and Enterprise plans include all the features available on Loom's Starter plan. See our pricing page for a full feature comparison.
Pricing
Both our Yearly and Monthly plans provide free Creator Lite accounts. You can have up to 50 in a Business Workspace.
Pricing is based on the number of Creators. Creator Lite accounts are always free. When Admins invite new members to their Workspace, they can choose if they'd like this member to have 'Creator' Or 'Creator Lite' access. Workspace Admins can always find the current total cost on their Plan & Billing page.
FAQ: Business Plan Trial
How long is the free trial for the Business Plan?
Trials for Business plans are 14 days long.
What features do I have access to during my trial?
You will have access to features exclusive to the Business plan which can be found here.
Please note the Upload feature is temporarily unavailable for Business Trial users.
What happens at the end of my free trial?
At the end of your free trial, if you choose not to continue using Business, you'll lose access to the features exclusive to the Business plan. If you choose to continue using Business and start a paid subscription, your billing cycle will not start until your free trial ends.
