Loom has invested in new features and is increasing prices for existing customers to reflect expanded platform capabilities.
Loom customer integration with Atlassian
Your Loom workspaces are being integrated with Atlassian. This brings changes to pricing, billing, and user roles, but your Loom app and content stay the same.
Your Loom workspace will be part of its own Atlassian organization, with pricing aligned to current Loom plans.
The Creator Lite role is being discontinued, and existing Creator Lite users will be upgraded to full Creator seats, with a grace period before billing begins.
You’ll also manage billing and users in Atlassian Administration instead of inside the Loom app.
However, your Loom app, recordings, and settings are not changing. You won’t lose access to any content, and your team can continue using Loom as they do today.

If you only had a Loom account before, use your previous Loom email and password to log in.
If you already had an Atlassian account, use your Atlassian credentials.
