Starter plan FAQ
If your Loom account is integrated with Atlassian systems then you will be limited to 10 users under the Starter free plan.
How do I know if my account is integrated with Atlassian Systems? Your account is integrated with Atlassian if you signed up for Loom after February 2026 OR if your legacy account has been integrated.
I have a legacy account, how do I know if it’s been integrated? You’ll see “Loom is now a part of Atlassian. Manage settings and users in Atlassian Administration.” message at the top of your Workspace Settings.
What does the Starter plan cost?

What does the Starter plan include?
On the Starter plan, you'll be able to make standard face and screen recordings, as well as screenshots! Here is what you'll have:
Up to 50 Creator Lite accounts in your Workspace
Up to 25 videos and screenshots(video count includes archived videos)
5-minute recording limits
Comments and reactions
Viewer insights
1 space per workspace (the all-company space)
If I downgrade to the Starter plan and have more than 25 videos or screenshots in my account, where will they go?
Don't worry, we won't delete them - you just won't be able to record more. To start recording again, you can upgrade to a paid Business account. More information in our Pricing page.
