You can connect one identity provider with Jira Service Management to configure single sign-on or/and SCIM provisioning for portal-only customers when you subscribe to Atlassian Guard Standard.
利用しているユーザー管理エクスペリエンスを確認する
移動 アトラシアンの管理。複数の組織がある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。利用しているユーザー管理エクスペリエンスは、[ユーザー] ページの場所を確認することで特定できます。

To connect an identity provider using SAML single sign-on for customers:
移動 アトラシアンの管理。組織が複数ある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。
[アプリ] を選択します。
Under Sites and apps, select the site your want to connect with the identity provider.
[Jira Service Management] で [Portal-only customers (ポータル限定のカスタマー)] を選択します。
[] (その他のオプション) > [ID プロバイダー] の順に選択します。
ID プロバイダーの [ディレクトリ] を選択します。
[SAML シングル サインオンをセットアップ] を選択します。
指示に従って、SAML 設定の詳細を入力します。
SAML 設定の [保存] を選択します。
