ポータルのみの顧客向けに ID プロバイダーを切断する

When you disconnect an identity provider for your Jira Service Management customers:

• They can’t access your help centers and associated portals with single sign-on.

• They keep their accounts for the Jira Service Management site. 

カスタマーがヘルプ センターへのログインを試みる際は、自分のアカウントのパスワードを設定する必要があります。その後、カスタマーはポータルにログインできます。

ポータル限定のカスタマーの ID プロバイダーを切断する前に、次の操作を行う必要があります。


• シングル サインオン認証を無効にする

• SAML 設定を削除する

• Delete SCIM provisioning configuration

Disconnect your identity provider for Jira Service Management customers:

1. admin.atlassian.com に移動します。複数の組織がある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。

2. Select Apps.

3. Under Sites and apps, select the site your want to connect the identity provider.

4. [Jira Service Management] で [Portal-only customers (ポータル限定のカスタマー)] を選択します。

5. [] (その他のオプション) > [ID プロバイダー] の順に選択します。

6. 切断する ID プロバイダーを選択します。

7. [] (その他のオプション) > [切断] の順に選択します。

To disconnect your identity provider for Jira Service Management customers:

1. Go to Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.

2. Select the site's name and URL to open the Admin for that site, then select Jira Service Management.

3. [] (その他のオプション) > [ID プロバイダー] の順に選択します。

4. 切断する ID プロバイダーを選択します。

5. [] (その他のオプション) > [切断] の順に選択します。
