管理対象アカウントの無効化または削除
Atlassian アカウントのサービスが不要になったユーザーについて、組織管理者は組織で管理しているアカウントを削除または無効化できます。アカウントが削除または無効化されると、ユーザーは Jira Cloud やその他すべての Atlassian アカウントのサービスへのアクセスを即座に失い、そのアカウントへの課金は停止します。
組織管理者がユーザー アカウントを無効化した場合、ユーザーの個人データは Atlassian アカウントに残り、管理者はアカウントをいつでも再有効化できます。
組織管理者がユーザー アカウントを削除した場合、ユーザーの個人データは Atlassian アカウントのサービスから削除され、アカウントを再有効化することはできません。
組織管理者は無効化済みのアカウントをあとから削除することもできます。
削除対象のデータ
ユーザーのアカウントを削除すると、そのアカウントに関連する個人データがすべての Atlassian アカウント サービスから永久に削除されます。
ユーザーのアカウントを削除すると、そのユーザーが所有するフィルターも削除されます (フィルターがその他のユーザーと共有されている場合でも同様です)。フィルターの所有権を変更すると、フィルターは失われません。ユーザーの Jira ダッシュボードはゴミ箱に移動されますが、Jira 管理者は 60 日以内であれば復元できます。ダッシュボードの復元に関する詳細をご確認ください。
Jira Service Management Cloud の外部のカスタマーの場合、プロファイル情報の削除についてはサイト管理者にお問い合わせください。
次の情報は削除されません。
The user’s projects, work items, and comments. The user can delete the projects and work items they’ve created before you deactivate their account. Personal data in user-generated content. If the user or someone else has included personal data, such as the user’s name, email address, or phone number, in a Jira Cloud project or work item field, it will remain in Jira Cloud until the project, work item, or site is deleted. The user can use the global search function within the product to locate specific personal data terms in free-form text and remove it using the edit tools where permitted. To manually edit and remove data from a work item and its history, edit the free-form text field, clone the work item, and then delete the work item.
アカウントを削除すると、アカウントとそこに含まれる個人データの両方が永久に削除されます。
データの表示方法
ユーザー アカウントを削除すると、ユーザーは Jira Cloud では "Former User" として表示されます。
