When multiple users in your organization need the same permissions or restrictions, you can add the users to a group and then give the groups product access. Give users access to apps
You can't add Jira Service Management portal-only customers (i.e. those submitting service requests) to any groups. Manage your customers
グループの作成
admin.atlassian.com に移動します。 複数の組織がある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。
Select Directory, then Groups.
[グループを作成] を選択します。
名前やメンバーなど、グループの詳細を入力します。

You’ll be redirected to the group detail screen. To give the group product access:

名前と説明を編集する

製品アクセスを編集または削除する
admin.atlassian.com に移動します。 複数の組織がある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。

既定アクセス グループとしてマークされたグループは削除できません。

ユーザーを追加する
admin.atlassian.com に移動します。 複数の組織がある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。

ユーザーを追加するグループを選択します。
[グループ メンバーを追加] を選択して、追加するユーザーを検索します。
[ユーザーを追加] を選択します。
ユーザーの削除

このユーザーを削除することを確認したあと、[グループから削除] を選択します。
既定のグループと権限
Users are automatically placed in default groups (<product>-users-<sitename> e.g., jira-software-users-atlassian.com) when you invite users to a cloud product. The <product>-users-<sitename> group allows users to access the product with basic permissions. You can further restrict users' access within a product with the product's permissions.

さらに、アトラシアン サポート スタッフが使用する既定グループ system-administrators があります。このグループの編集や、このグループへのユーザーの追加は実行できません。
The 'sysadmin' user from this group can log in to your site to provide support to you and to perform certain system maintenance tasks. This user automatically has full product access but does not count towards your license limit, no matter which groups it is added to.
