Steps to connect an identity provider for customers

Here’s how to set up and connect an identity provider for portal-only customers:

Set up SAML SSO from the identity provider to your Jira Service Management site Learn more	Automatically provision customers from your identity provider
Set up customer authentication from the identity provider to your Jira Service Management site Learn more	Make it easy  for customers to log in from your  identity provider to your help center
