Configure user provisioning for Active Directory or LDAP

To configure user provisioning for Active Directory or LDAP with your Atlassian organization, you’ll connect your on-premises Active Directory to a supported identity provider. This connection will sync your user’s account details between your identity provider and Atlassian products. Learn more about user provisioning

If you're already using Office 365, you should have already synced your users from Active Directory or LDAP to Azure AD. If your organization isn't using Azure AD or another cloud identity provider like Okta, Onelogin, or Idaptive (formerly Centrify), we recommend investigating these products to get the best support integrating identity management with SaaS applications like Atlassian products.

To provision users from Active Directory, first connect your Active Directory or LDAP to a supported identity provider. You can use the identity provider of your choice, but some capabilities are only available with selected identity providers. Learn which identity providers we support

If you use another identity provider, use the user provisioning API to create your own integration that allows you to manage users and groups.
