Why can't I access Loom in my country?
Due to applicable trade sanctions and embargo requirements, Loom (like other similar organizations) cannot support access to some of our services in certain countries or regions, such as Iran, Cuba, North Korea, and Syria, and the following regions in Ukraine: Crimea, Donetsk People's Republic, and Luhansk People's Republic.
Please note certain Belarus and Russian customers may also not be able to transact with Loom due to the sanctions imposed by our payment processor, Stripe.
To regain access, you'll need to access your Loom account outside of these locations. If you're having trouble accessing your account but you're not in one of these restricted locations, you can reach out to support for help.
