Get AI Chat with Loom Meeting Agent

The Loom Meeting Agent helps you have higher‑quality meetings by catching you up if you miss something, capturing action items and decisions, and helping you prepare for the next occurrence.

Before you begin

To use the Loom Meeting agent, make sure:

• Your calendar is authenticated in the Loom desktop app

• You’re signed in to both the Loom and Confluence app

• Your account includes Loom AI

• Your Confluence plan is a paid plan

Use Loom Meeting Agent in a live meeting

To use the Loom Meeting agent:

1. Open the Loom desktop app.

2. Select the Meetings tab.

3. Select Join to join your live meeting.

4. Wait 20 to 30 seconds while Loom detects audio and generates a transcript.

   1. Once the transcript is available, the Loom Meeting Agent will be ready to use.

5. Ask the Loom Meeting Agent questions or give it prompts. For example:

   1. Catch me up on this meeting.

   2. What are the action items so far?

Use Loom Meeting Agent after the live meeting

After the meeting ends, you can still use Meeting Agent to review and follow up. For example, ask:

• What key decisions were made?

• What do we need to follow up on?
