Change your recording enhancements
In the Loom desktop app for Windows, you can fine-tune lighting and smooth away any unwanted blemishes for a polished recording.
Loom recording enhancements allow you to adjust for low lighting and touch up your appearance to feel "camera ready.”
For Mac OS: Use your Macbook’s built-in camera controls while using the Loom Desktop app for Mac OS or the Chrome Extension.
Touch up your appearance:
Open your Loom desktop app.
Select the More actions () menu and select Settings.
Use the toggle to turn on Touch up my Appearance and adjust the slider.
Your choices will be automatically saved for all future recordings.
Turn adjustment for low-light on and off:
Open your Loom desktop app.
Select the More actions () menu and select Settings.
Turn Auto Lighting on or off.
Your adjustments will then be saved for all future recordings.
