Can't find my videos

One of the following may be happening:

  • You may be a part of multiple workspaces and have your video saved to a different workspace. You can navigate to other workspaces.

    • If this is the case, make sure to set the workspace you want your video stored to as your default going forward.

  • You may have two accounts under different emails. Please check your personal settings and check that you are logged in with the correct email.
