Billing problems

These are some common billing problems some Loom users have experienced.

I can’t upgrade my account

You must be the Admin of your workspace to upgrade.

If you haven’t already, please try the following:

  • Clear your web browser cookies and cache

  • Try a different web browser

  • Try an alternative payment method

I can’t downgrade my account

To downgrade your account, you must be an Admin of the workspace. If you are the admin, please try the following (if you haven’t already):

  • Clear your web browser cookies and cache

  • Try a different web browser

I upgraded to Loom Business, but am hitting a 5-minute limit

It sounds like you might be part of multiple Workspaces on two different plans (one is Starter free and the other is Business). You'll need to make sure the Workspace you upgraded to the Business Plan is set as your default. Please follow the steps here.
