Access your Workspace's activity logs
Available on: Enterprise, Premium (Business+AI), and Standard (Business) plans
Note: For Premium (Business+AI) and Standard (Business) plans, this feature is available for Atlassian-managed workspaces only. Legacy Loom Enterprise workspaces also have access to activity logs.
Workspace activity logs are available to Admins on Loom's Enterprise, Premium (Business+AI), or Standard (Business) plan.
Exporting your Workspace's activity log will give you a clearer view of how your team uses Loom. These logs provide a record of any activity and changes in your Workspace, giving you the visibility you need to help keep your Workspace secure.
Activity logs show users' activity, like logins, video deletions, and other Workspace actions, dating back to August 2021. You can download a CSV report of all Workspace user activity within a specified date range.
Go to the Data tab of your Workspace settings.
Choose your date range.
Select Export CSV to access your activity log.
