Loom デスクトップ アプリのアップデート通知を無効にする

You may receive a notification that the Loom desktop app is ready for an update and you need to enter your device password.

トラブルシューティング手順

To avoid reoccurring notifications of Loom desktop app updates, follow the steps below based on your device:

Mac

1. Mac で、Dock の Finder アイコンを選択してから、[アプリケーション] を選択します。

2. Loom を見つけて、[アプリケーション] フォルダーからゴミ箱 (Dock の端) にドラッグします。

3. Loom デスクトップ アプリのダウンロード ページに移動し、使用しているコンピューターに適した最新のビルドを再ダウンロードします。

4. Once downloaded, open up the dmg downloaded file. Open this file and then drag the Loom application into the applications folder.

Windows

1. Open your Start menu.

2. [コントロール パネル] を選択し、[プログラムと機能] を選択します。

3. Loom が表示されている場所に移動します。

4. Loom を選択してから、表示される [アンインストール] ボタンを選択します。

5. Loom デスクトップ アプリのダウンロード ページに移動し、使用しているコンピューターに適した最新のビルドを再ダウンロードします。

6. .exeファイルを実行し、インストーラーの指示に従います。
