Organize your Library Folders
You can view all your personal folders by visiting your Loom library. Any folders you previously posted for your workspace to discover will live in your All Company space.
フォルダーを作成する
新しいフォルダーを作成するには、Loom ライブラリの右上にある [New Folder (新しいフォルダー)] を選択します。
スペース内にフォルダーを作成する
スペース内にフォルダーを作成することもできます。フォルダーを作成するスペースにアクセスして、右上の [New Folder (新しいフォルダー)] を選択するだけです。
Note: Folders can only live in one space. You cannot share a folder in multiple spaces.
動画をフォルダーに移動する
動画をフォルダーに追加するには、[Video (動画)] タブにアクセスし、移動する動画にカーソルを合わせて、3 つのドットのメニューをクリックします。次に [Move (移動)] を選択すると、動画の移動先フォルダーを選択するか、新しいフォルダーを作成するよう求められます。
When you move a video into a folder in your Library, the video will only be present in that folder (you won't see it in your video Library).However, if you move a video to a folder in a space, then the video will still be present in your Video Library.
Folders can only be viewed on Loom's mobile apps. If you want to create a folder or move a video into a folder you will need to do so on a desktop device.
Deleting folders
フォルダーを削除するには、まずフォルダー オプションから [Archive (アーカイブ)] を選択します。その後、アーカイブ ライブラリに移動して完全に削除します。この余分なステップは、後から動画の復元が必要になった場合に備えて設けられています。
Make a folder public
フォルダーをより多くのユーザーと共有する場合は、フォルダーを公開設定にします。フォルダーを公開設定にすると、該当するリンクを知っている人は誰でもフォルダーを表示できます (サインインは不要)。
The privacy settings for videos within a folder will remain unchanged when the folder is made public. As a result, any private videos in your folder will not be visible to the viewers you share the folder with unless you change the privacy setting to grant your viewers access.
