Disable auto-renewals for Business or Business+ AI Subscriptions

By default, Loom Business/Business+ AI subscriptions renew on the renewal date listed on your Plan and Billing page. The steps below will walk you through how to stop a subscription at the end of your billing cycle so you don't have unwanted changes. 

Disable auto-renewal for a subscription

1. Navigate to your Plan and Billing page from your Workspace Settings. 

2. Select Manage Subscription.

3. [Cancel Subscription (サブスクリプションの解約)] を選択し、ダウングレード手順を実行します。

完了すると、請求サイクルの終了時まで現在のプランにアクセスできます。更新時にはワークスペースがダウングレードされ、それ以降は課金されません。

Enable auto-renewal after disabling a subscription

1. [プランと請求] ページに移動します。

2. Select Manage Subscription, then Cancel my downgrade

それ以降は、お使いのアカウントは請求サイクルの終了時に自動的に更新されます。
