On this page, we’ll walk through what each line item on your invoice means.

You only get billed for Creators/Admins. Creator Lites are free.
Your subscription price is connected to the number of paid members (Creator/Admins) you upgrade. This price is recalculated automatically as you increase or decrease those seats.
You will be charged the prorated amount for any member added mid-way through your billing cycle the following month.
Access your Loom invoices

By email: Once payment is made, an automatic invoice is generated by Loom’s billing provider and sent to the billing contact and admins via email.

Examples of how to read your invoice
Please note the price used for the example below are for illustration; pricing will vary based on location.
年額プランに Creator を追加する
If you add a new workspace member, Loom will calculate the prorated cost of the new members added to your workspace and charge you in the next month’s billing cycle.
A - Increase in seat count. In this example, the customer already had 5 paid seats so this invoice is for the cost of the 6th seat added.
B - The date the new member was added through to your current renewal date. We’ll only charge the prorated cost for the days left until renewal.
C - How many seats of seats on your plan.
D - 枠数の変更。
Example above:
You have 5 paid annual subscriptions, purchased on November 18, 2022.
You invited 1 other person to join your workspace as a Creator on December 8, 2022. Since the price for each extra seat on your yearly plan is $150, you will be charged the prorated amount for the rest of the billing period (from December 8, 2022 - November 18, 2023 = $141.78). This invoice will be received on the next monthly milestone (December 18th).
Annual renewal with true-up

B - The renewal portion. Your subscription currently has 4 active seats so you’ll be charged for these members.

月次更新と追加請求
You will receive a consolidated invoice with the workspace member updates at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
A - The true-up potion. You invited 2 new people to join your workspace as Creators on November 2, 2022. As they were invited on different days, they are each represented as different line items.
→ Additional member 1: As you only have 15 days left until your monthly renewal you’ll only be charged the prorated amount for those 15 days of the billing period (from 2022年11月 2日 - 2022年11月17日 = $7.26)
→ 追加メンバー 2: 月次更新まで残り 12 日のため、請求期間のうち 12 日分の日割り金額のみが請求されます (2022年11月 5日 ～ 2022年11月17日 = $5.81)。
B - The renewal portion. Your subscription has 5 active seats so you’ll be charged for these members.
C - Change in seat count.
