管理者は、サインアップ時にワークスペースに加入できるユーザーをワークスペース設定で調整できます。 

When a new user signs up for Loom, we make suggestions for Workspaces they may want to join based on their email domain. New users can also opt to create a new Workspace instead if they want to get started recording quickly. 

Business または Business + AI プランの管理者は、作成者 (Creator) がワークスペースに即時にアクセスできるか、または管理者承認が必要かを制御できます。Education プランの管理者は、視聴者が即時にアクセスできるか、管理者承認が必要かを制御できます。 

この設定を管理者承認に設定している場合は、新しいユーザーが Loom に参加してワークスペースへの加入をリクエストするたびに、アクセス リクエストのメールが届きます。即時アクセスに設定している場合は、ユーザーはすぐにアクセスできるようになります。

When you first create your Workspace as an admin, you'll also have the option to toggle on and off whether new users can join. You can change the default role here as well.

FAQ

Does this setting work on all domains?

No, approved domain settings only work with non-public domains. If your domain is Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, or a similar public domain, you won't have this option.

ワークスペースに複数の承認済みドメインを設定できますか?

Yes. Your approved domains list will depend on the domains of the people in your Workspace.

ワークスペースからドメインを削除できますか?

現時点では、ドメインを削除することはできません。複数のドメインを所有している場合、または最近ドメインを変更して削除が必要な場合は、サポート チームまでお問い合わせください。可能な限りサポートいたします。
