Loom が間違ったアカウントに自動的にログインしてしまう場合の対処法

Issue 

You are automatically logged into or redirected to a different Loom account. What’s happening is Loom is logging you into a Loom account under your Slack email address, which is different from your preferred email address.

Why this happens

When you authenticate Loom in Slack, Loom will automatically create a new account under your Slack email address (if an account does not yet exist under that email). 

Slack での Loom 認証は、Slack で Loom アプリをダウンロードした場合、または Slack 内で Loom を共有して認証のプロンプトに従った場合に発生します。以下の手順では、Slack で Loom アプリ接続を管理する方法をご案内します。 

ソリューション

1. Access the Loom Slack app. 

2. Select the Configuration tab and scroll down to where you see a section called Authorization.

3. ここからアクセスを取り消すことができます。

4. After you revoke access your page should reload and can select Add to Slack.

5. Slack の Loom アプリに戻り、[Connect your Loom account (Loom アカウントを接続)] を選択します。 

6. When prompted to authenticate, select Skip.

   • This action will link the Loom app to Slack without logging you into your other Loom account automatically.

7. [Proceed (続行)] と [Allow (許可)] を選択して接続を完了します。

You will now see the Loom app in Slack without being logged into any Loom account. This should stop the account redirects.
