動画の視聴回数とアナリティクスについて
Loom では、動画の視聴状況が次のいずれかに当てはまる場合に視聴回数としてカウントされます。
For at least 5 seconds
総時間数の 75% が視聴された場合
最後までスクラブ (早送り) によって視聴されて動画が終了した場合
We also push the view counts immediately. However, we don't count them if you are the original recorder and watch your own video.
視聴者が Cookie をブロックしている場合は、視聴回数としてカウントされません。
動画に匿名による視聴が表示される理由
In order to identify who watched your video, the viewer must have a Loom account and be logged in when they watched the video. We are only able to report on the identity of the viewer when these conditions are met. If we're not able to identify the video viewer, they will show up as Anonymous.
最大 12 人の視聴者のアバターを表示でき、それ以上のアバターは匿名視聴者としてカウントされます。
たとえば、動画が 20 人のログイン済み視聴者と 20 人の匿名視聴者に視聴された場合、ビューアー インサイトでは、12 個のアバターと「+28」(残りの視聴者数を表す) が表示されます。
視聴者の分析を有効/無効にするためのオプションは、Loom の Business、Business + AI、Enterprise の各プランでのみ利用できることに留意してください。
さらに、これらのプランのユーザーは、動画のエンゲージメント インサイトを表示して分析をさらに進めることもできます。これにより、動画の完了率や行動喚起コンバージョン率に関する情報が得られます。
