ワークスペース、ロール、権限について

すべての Loom アカウントには、チームの他のメンバーと連携して動画の視聴、共有、編集を行えるワークスペースが付属しています。どのワークスペースに参加しているかは、ワークスペース サイドバーの左上で確認できます。ワークスペースは、ライブラリとスペースに分かれています。

• Library: this is where all the videos you have created are stored. All of these videos are private until shared. 

• スペース: すべてのワークスペースには、1 つのスペースが自動的に作成されます。ここでは、すべてのメンバーがコンテンツを共有したり、投稿したりできます。

ワークスペース ロール

Your Loom account comes with different roles depending on your workspace plan and whether your account is integrated with Atlassian systems. Below you can find a complete list of the roles available for each plan.

アトラシアン システムへの移行段階にある間は、「ユーザー」と呼ぶことも「作成者」と呼ぶこともあります。これらのロールは同じアクセス権を持っており、名前が異なるだけです。

• Free/Creator Lite Users (available on Business, Business+AI and Starter Free plans): Users on Loom Starter and can only record and edit with the limitations of the Starter free plan (25 video storage limit and a 5-minute recording limit). Only Loom legacy workspace will have Creator Lite roles available on Business and Business + AI plans.

• 有料ユーザー/Creator (Business、Business+AI、Enterprise プランで利用可能): 有料ロール (Loom Legacy アカウントでは Creator または Member と呼ばれます) は、動画の録画、共有、整理、アップロード、編集の全機能にアクセスできます。また、チームメイトをワークスペースに招待し、スペースをアーカイブすることもできます。

• Admin (available on all plans): Every workspace needs at least one admin. If your Loom workspace integrates with Atlassian systems, note that there are multiple types of Admins. App admins cannot manage billing or users. Learn more about Atlassian Admin roles and what each one can do here.

動画の視聴と録画の権限

管理者と有料ユーザー/Creator は、Business、Business + AI、または Enterprise プランのすべての録画機能にアクセスできます (こちらを参照)。無料ユーザー/Creator Lite および Starter 無料プランの管理者は、無料 Starter の制限が適用されます。

編集と分析の権限

A Business, Business + AI or Enterprise plan gives admins, creators, and members access to all recording features (as shown here). Admins on the Starter plan and Creator Lites can only access the features of the Starter Free plan. 

*Only admins on a Business, Business + AI  or Enterprise plan.
