通知の管理

Loom notifications are delivered in real-time so you always know when someone interacts with your video.

通知タイプ

All Loom notifications will go into the Loom Notification tab along side a Email notification. In addition to this, you can choose to receive notifications via push notifications on your desktop and/or mobile device. You also have the option to enable notifications in Slack. 

誰かが動画を初めて視聴したとき、コメントしたとき、その他多くの場合に通知を送信できます。通知タイプの完全なリストについては、[Personal Settings (個人設定)] でご確認ください。

通知を管理するにはどうすればよいですか?

[Personal Settings (個人設定)] から、いつでも通知のオン/オフを切り替えることができます。

通知設定では、デスクトップまたはモバイルのプッシュ通知を受け取るかどうかを選択できます。好みに合わせて通知を調整できます。

メールによるプッシュ通知 

You will automatically receive email notifications for the all the Push notifications listed in your Personal settings.  See below for how to turn on or off notifications.

How to make changes to your email subscription preferences

Open a recent Loom email and select update your preferences in the footer.

メール フッターから、アトラシアンのメールおよびプライバシー設定センターに移動します。ここで、次のカテゴリのオプトイン/オプトアウトを切り替えることができます。

• Loom Product Engagements (Loom 製品エンゲージメント): 動画の視聴状況、ワークスペースの変更、Loom で節約された時間に関する情報など、Loom でのアクティビティに関連するプッシュ通知です。 

• Loom Replay Newsletter: Loom's monthly newsletter. Subscribe to receive product launch updates, learning opportunities for distributed workers, and the latest trends in async communication.

• Loom Product Recommendations (Loom 製品提案): アトラシアン製品の効果的な連携を知ることができます。生産性とコラボレーションを向上させる有用な製品提案を得るには、登録してください。

• Loom Product Upgrades: Announcements and invitations to learn more about Loom and opportunities to expand capabilities.

トランザクション メール

If you unsubscribe from emails, Loom will continue to send you important messages regarding your account. For example, password reset emails or information about your billing and plan type.

Push notifications on mobile devices 

Loom モバイル アプリでは、[Settings (設定)] で通知を管理できます。[Notifications (通知)] をクリックしてオン/オフを切り替えます。

Note: If you are not receiving push notifications, check that your mobile device system settings allow Notifications for the Loom app. 

Push notifications in Slack

To enable Loom notifications in Slack, you will first need to install the Loom app in Slack (steps to do this are here). 

Slack に Loom をインストールしたら、Slack 内の Loom アプリ ページに移動します。ここから、[Home (ホーム)] タブですべての通知設定を編集できます。通知は [Messages (メッセージ)] タブで確認できます。

デスクトップでのプッシュ通知 

To enable Desktop notifications you need to alter your browser to allow push notifications. See below how to adjust permission for Chrome and Safari. 

Chrome ブラウザー

Click on the Secure lock icon available next to your URL bar and toggle on Notifications.

Safari browser

From your video library, select the notification bell, and select Allow. This will prompt a pop-up where you'll need to Allow Loom to show alerts in your Notification Center.

 注意: それでもデスクトップ通知が届かない場合は、使用しているデバイスで目的のブラウザーからのプッシュ通知が許可されているか確認してください。Mac デバイスを使用している場合は、システム設定の [通知] タブでこれを確認できます。 

FAQ

Will I be notified for every view seen on my video?

いいえ。動画が初めて視聴されたときにのみ通知されます。誰が動画を視聴したかは、ビューアー インサイトでいつでも手動で確認できます。 

動画の視聴者が「someone (誰か)」や「anonymous (匿名)」と表示されるのはどういう意味ですか?

Loom で動画の視聴者を特定するには、視聴者が Loom アカウントにログインしている必要があります。とはいえ、視聴者がログインしていない場合は、「誰か」または「匿名」の人が動画を視聴したという通知が届きます。
