Loom デスクトップ アプリでミーティングの録画を管理する
The meetings experience in the Loom desktop app allows you to view upcoming and past meetings, manage recording settings, access meeting notes, and record ad hoc meetings.
How to use the meetings experience in the Loom desktop app
Open the Loom desktop app.
Select the Meetings tab.
Review your upcoming meetings for today at the top of the list and past meetings below (up to 30 days).
To manage recording for a meeting, select the recording setting next to the meeting title to turn recording on or off.
To join a scheduled meeting, select Join up to five minutes before the meeting start time.
To access meeting notes during a meeting, select Notes. Meeting notes are collaborative and can be accessed by users on the invite (within the same Confluence workspace).
To access live meeting transcript, select Transcript. Sufficient audio discussion must be detected before transcription begins.
During a meeting, use the in-meeting controls to pause, resume, or finish the recording, and take notes or add agenda items as needed.
After the meeting, review the AI-generated summary and transcript on the notes page.
To record an ad hoc meeting (a meeting that was not scheduled on the Calendar), copy the video conference link (Zoom or Google Meet), paste it into the “Record meeting” field, and select Record to send the Loom notetaker bot.
