[デリバリーの進捗] フィールドを設定する

With Jira Product Discovery, you can visually track the progress of the Jira work items associated with an idea in the delivery progress field. Additionally, you can control how the field calculates delivery progress based on the linked Jira work item to an idea.

Before configuring delivery progress, make sure your ideas are linked to Jira work items.

To display the delivery progress, you should adjust the estimation type (Default, Multilevel, or Simple) and estimation values (Work item count or Story points) to impact the final outcome. The calculation rules differ depending on the configuration.

Estimation type

• 初期設定では、推測値に応じてデリバリーの進捗状況の計算が異なります。作業項目数には、リンクされた作業の子作業項目のステータスが考慮され、ストーリー ポイントでは、リンクされたすべての Jira 作業とその子作業項目のストーリー ポイントの数が含まれます。ただし、いくつかの考慮すべきルールがあります。

  • 子作業項目は、リンクされた作業項目の 1 レベル下のものだけです。それより下のレベルの子作業項目は考慮されません。

  • リンクされた作業項目に子がない場合は、リンクされた作業項目自体のステータスが取得されます。たとえば、子作業項目のない「進行中」のエピックがある場合、そのエピックのステータスが考慮されます。

• Multilevel works similarly to Default mode, but instead of only looking at direct children of the linked work item, it includes all levels of the hierarchy (child items and other descendants).

  • The top-level linked work item itself is excluded from the progress calculation, only its child work items (at all levels) are counted.

  • Multilevel is not supported for work items linked from Data Center instances. Those items will use the Default estimation type instead.

  • Duplicated work items are calculated once, even if they appear in multiple places in the hierarchy. If a work item that's already part of a subtree is also linked directly to the idea, only its own subtree contributes to the calculation.

デリバリーの進捗フィールドを設定する方法。

1. [デリバリーの進捗] フィールドをクリックして [デリバリー] タブを開くか、特定のアイデアを選択して [デリバリー] タブに移動します。

2. デリバリーの進捗バーをクリックして [デリバリーの進捗を設定] を選択します。

3. ドロップダウンから、デリバリーの進行状況を表示するのに最適なオプションを選択します。

   1. 推定タイプには、初期設定またはシンプル

   2. 推測値には、課題数またはストーリー ポイント

Once you’ve set up the options, they will be applied to the entire Jira Product Discovery space.

デリバリーの進捗状況の計算は自動で行われます。アイデアから作業項目のリンクを解除し、計算から除外する場合は、リンクされた作業項目にカーソルを合わせ、十字アイコンをクリックします。
