View customizations
The Customizations page is in beta. Features may change as we improve them based on your feedback.
After you upload a support zip, you can view all the customizations detected on each of your Data Center instances.
View your instances
To view the instances with customization data:
アトラシアンの管理に移動します。複数の組織がある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。
Select Insights, then Portfolio insights, then Customizations.
The page lists each instance with its number of customizations. You can search by URL or filter by App family (Jira or Confluence). Select an instance to see its details, such as the base URL, version, Server ID, and the date of the customization data.
To see the same instance in Instance health, select More actions (…) next to it, then View instance health.
View customizations for an instance
To view the customizations for an instance, select View customizations next to it.
You'll see a table of every customization found on the instance, with its name, description, and type. You can:
Search customizations by name.
Filter by Type. Each type shows how many customizations it has.
Data from, at the top of the page, shows when the customization data was collected. To see where the data came from, select Instance details.
After you generate recommendations, the table also shows a Complexity rating for each customization that has a recommendation. Customizations with a full report also show View details.
View details of a customization
Select any customization in the table to open its details in a side panel. The side panel has two tabs.
タブ | 表示される内容 |
|---|---|
概要 | Information collected by the scanner, such as the description, where to find the customization in Data Center, where it's stored, its type, and its status. |
推奨事項 | The recommended migration path and complexity, what the customization does, and what to do to move it to cloud. This tab is available after you generate recommendations. |
To see the full report for a customization, select View details in the table or the side panel. The details page includes the full AI-generated report on how to migrate the customization, along with its overview and migration assessment. Reports are generated by AI and can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review them before you act on them.
