Collect and upload customization data
The Customizations page is in beta. Features may change as we improve them based on your feedback.
The Customizations page uses data from a support zip that you create on your Data Center instance and upload to Portfolio insights. The support zip includes the customization report from your latest scan.

要件
To create the support zip, you need to be a system administrator of the Data Center instance. You've installed the Portfolio insights app, run a scan, and updated the Atlassian Troubleshooting and Support Tools app to the latest version.
To upload the support zip, you need to be an organization admin. If you don't have access to the Data Center instance, ask its system administrator to create the file for you.
考慮事項
Customization data is kept for 30 days after you upload it. To keep your results current and to generate recommendations, upload a new support zip at least every 30 days.
The support zip may contain personal information such as usernames, email addresses, and IP addresses. If app decompilation was on when you ran the scan, it also includes the decompiled source code of your custom apps. Learn more about security and data handling
Customization data follows your organization's data residency setting, the same as Instance health. To check or change it, go to Atlassian Administration, then select Data management, then Data residency.
The Customizations and Instance health pages use the same support zip. A support zip you upload on either page updates both: the customization report appears on the Customizations page, and the rest of the data appears in Instance health.
In a cluster, you can create the support zip on any node. The scanner saves its report in the shared home directory, so every node's support zip includes it.
The file needs to be smaller than 500 MB.
Create a support.zip file
To create the support.zip file:
In Data Center, go to Administration, then System, then Troubleshooting and support tools.
Switch to the Create support zip tab.
Under File type, keep Selected file types.
Under Other files, make sure Customization Scanner report is selected. It includes the latest report generated by the Customizations Scanner.
Select Create zip, then download the file.
When creating the file, you can choose to redact sensitive data such as usernames, email addresses, and IP addresses. More on redacting data in support zip
Upload the file to Portfolio insights
To upload the file:
アトラシアンの管理に移動します。複数の組織がある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。
Select Insights, then Portfolio insights, then Customizations.
If this is your organization's first upload, select Upload support zip. Otherwise, select More actions (…), then Upload support zip file.
Review the information about how we use your data, then select Agree and continue.
Select your support.zip file.
Once you upload the file, we start processing it. When it's done, your Data Center instance appears on the Customizations page. If processing takes longer, you'll see a message that your support zip is still being processed. Refresh the page in a few minutes to see the new data.
Upload new data for an instance
To refresh the data for an instance you've already uploaded:
In Data Center, run a new scan and create a new support zip.
On the Customizations page, select More actions (…), then Upload support zip file, and select the new file.
The new data replaces the previous data for that instance. Recommendations based on the previous data are no longer shown, so generate recommendations again to get results for the new report.
To check when the current data was collected, open the instance and look at Data from, or select Instance details.

Message or problem | 必要な操作 |
|---|---|
The file extension is incorrect | Make sure you're uploading the .zip file created in Data Center. |
The file exceeds the 500 MB limit | Create a smaller support zip. For example, clear file types you don't need, such as logs. You can also lower the decompilation depth or add exclusion patterns in the scanner settings, then run a new scan before you create the support zip again. |
A file with the same filename is already stored for this organization | Create a new support zip instead of uploading the same file again. |
We couldn't process your support zip | Make sure the file is a support zip generated by your Data Center instance and that it includes the Customization Scanner report. Then upload it again. |
The instance doesn't appear after processing | Check that a scan has finished on the instance before you create the support zip. A support zip created before the first scan doesn't include any customization data. |
