ユーザー ロールを理解する

このセクションでは、製品内のユーザー ロールを定義します。ライセンスを持っているユーザーは製品を作成者として使用し、ライセンスを持っていないユーザーは製品を投稿者として使用します。

Jira Product Discovery の作成者ロールと投稿者ロールによって、それぞれ利用できる機能が決まります。

• You need to be a site admin to assign roles

• Users are contributors by default if they have app access to Jira, Jira Service Management, or Jira Work Management.

• To create fields, users also need to have a space admin role for the spaces.

ユーザーを作成者または投稿者として追加する

ユーザーを作成者またはコントリビューターとして追加するには、次の 2 つの方法があります。

1. ナビゲーション バーの右上で、 > [ユーザー管理] > [ディレクトリ] を選択します。

3. To grant product access, click Grant access > Jira Product Discovery, and from the dropdown, select the app role you want to assign.

方法 2

Users are contributors by default if they have app access to Jira Software, Jira Service Management, or Jira Work Management.

2. Find the user you want to add, select the name, and then check what apps and groups this person has access to.

1. On the navigation bar, select > Jira apps.

2. [Jira Product Discovery] で [アクセス] を選択します。

3. Enable a group so users can access Jira Product Discovery spaces.

投稿者にアイデアの作成を許可する

既定では、投稿者はアイデアを作成できません。投稿者がアイデアを作成するには、作成者がそのオプションを許可する必要があります。

手順

1. Hover over the Jira Product Discovery space, click (…) > Space settings > Features > Create ideas > Allow contributors to create ideas.

2. Once the feature is enabled, contributors can create new ideas by clicking the + Create button on the top navigation bar. They are prompted to write a summary and description of the idea. However, you can request additional information from the user by following the steps outlined in the next section.

新しいアイデアの作成時にユーザーが入力するフィールドを設定できます。アイデア フォームをカスタマイズすることで、必要な情報をすべて取り込めます。

アイデア フォームをカスタマイズする方法。

1. At the top nav bar select + Create a view > More templates.

2. Customize the idea form. You can also use an exsiting templates.

3. Under Select a view, select a newly created view from the dropdown, and then check what fields have been added to the idea form in the Preview form. You can also use a default view or other views from the list as they reflect the views available in your space.

4. オプションで、すべてのフィールドを必須項目としてマークします。

5. [テンプレートを選択] で "説明" フィールドのテンプレートを選択するか、[+ テンプレートを作成] を選択して、説明のカスタム テンプレートを作成します。

6. Additionally, select Preview in space to check how users will see the idea form.
