Slack 統合を設定する
The Jira Cloud for Slack app allows you to connect Jira spaces to Slack, see personal notifications, view automatic work item previews, create Jira work items, and interact with Jira work items - all from within Slack.
Jira Cloud と Slack を連携させる
Before installing the Jira Cloud for Slack app, ensure you are logged in to the target Slack workspace.
Install the Jira Cloud for Slack app onto your Slack workspace.
インストールすると、Atlassian アカウントにログインして Slack と Jira をリンクするように案内されます。これには数分かかります。
ログイン後、Slack の Jira Cloud アプリからダイレクト メッセージを受け取ります。これにより、Slack チャンネルに Jira スペースを接続できるようになります。
If you encounter issues such as incorrect workspace connections or site URL validation errors, perform a full reinstallation: disconnect the Slack workspace from Jira, remove the Jira Cloud app from Slack, and reconnect by following the prompts to authorize.

メールの代わりに Slack で Jira の個人通知を受け取る
Jira Cloud アプリを Slack ワークスペースに追加すると、Jira の個人通知を Slack で受信できるようになります。
Slack で、@Jira 宛ての DM、任意のパブリック チャンネル、または @Jira が招待されているプライベート チャンネルを開きます。
/jira notifyと入力します。[Turn on personal notifications (個人通知をオンにする)] を選択します。
通知を受け取るタイミングを決めて [送信] を選択します。
Once you’ve set up personal notifications in Slack, you can disable email notifications by going to Jira in Personal settings, then Email notifications for work item activity.
Slack チャンネルを Jira スペースに接続する
Slack ワークスペースに Jira Cloud アプリを追加すると、Jira Cloud スペースから Slack チャンネルへの通知の送信を、さまざまな方法でセットアップできます。
bot をチャンネルに招待する
Jira Cloud bot を Slack チャンネルに招待すると、bot によってチャンネルとスペースを素早く接続できるようになります。
Atlassian アカウントを複数の Jira Cloud サイトと連携している場合は、サイトを選択してからチャンネルに接続するスペースを選択します。この接続を確立したら、チャンネルに確認メッセージが送信されます。
「/jira connect」と入力
パブリックおよびプライベート チャンネルで「/jira connect」と入力して、Jira Cloud と Slack との間の接続をすばやくセットアップできます。
この機能は他の Slack ユーザーとの間のダイレクト メッセージではサポートされていない点にご注意ください。
Jira Cloud スペースと Slack チャンネルの間の接続を管理する
アップデートするチャンネルで「/jira manage」と入力することで、サブスクリプション設定を管理できます。そこから [管理] を選択して Jira Cloud の接続を構成します。
Jira Cloud for Slack アプリで Jira 作業項目のプレビューを表示する
When someone writes a message with one or more Jira work item links or keys (in upper case, so DEV-36 not dev-36), the bot will unfurl the message and show a preview of the work items. That way, readers of the message don’t have to go into Jira to understand what the sender is talking about.
To unfurl a Jira work item with a key (e.g. DEV-36) in a Slack channel, the channel must be connected to the relevant space (e.g. DEV) via /jira connect.
Ensure your permissions are configured correctly for the Jira space, and that the Slack workspace is properly connected to the correct Jira site. If stale metadata causes access issues, reinstall the app integration to resolve.
Slack から Jira 作業項目を操作する (展開する)
Whenever Jira work item previews are unfurled by the bot, you can take action on them by selecting the interaction button below the preview or the “More actions…” menu. That way, you don’t have to leave the context of the conversation to update an work item in Jira.
Access Jira work iems without leaving Slack
Slack を離れずに Jira から作業を確認する手順は以下の通りです。
あなたのチャンネルと DM があるサイドバーの [アプリ] セクションを見つけます。
Jira アプリに移動し、[ホーム] タブに移動します。

You can unwatch/watch, assign, transition, or comment on any of these work items by selecting the menu beside the work item.

Slack 用 Jira Server インテグレーションから Jira Cloud アプリへ移行する
Jira Cloud サイトですでに Webhook に基づいて Jira Server インテグレーションをセットアップしている場合は、次の手順に従って Jira Cloud アプリに切り替えます。
your-slack-team.slack.com/apps/manageに移動して [Jira Server] を選択します。削除する各構成で、鉛筆アイコン、右上の [無効化] または [削除] の順に選択します。
Go to the Atlassian and Slack integration page and select Add to Slack to install the new Jira Cloud for Slack app.
インストール手順に従って新しいアプリをセットアップします。
Jira Cloud サイトを確認したら、新しいアプリを構成して既存の設定を管理できます。
セキュリティに関する考慮事項
Jira Cloud for Slack アプリは、作業項目レベルと管理レベルにおいて、既存の Jira 権限を優先します。
If @jira is connected to a Jira Cloud space with issue-level security, you won't receive Slack notifications for work items with security settings.
