Configure Rovo Chat's output

To select a reasoning mode:

1. Select the levels icon from the bottom left of the Chat window

2. Select a Reasoning mode

   1. Let Rovo decide (default)

   2. Think deeper (problem solving)

   3. Deep research (research reports)

To customize source material:

1. Select the levels icon from the bottom left of the Chat window

2. Toggle the Sources you want on or off

   1. Include web results

   2. Search company knowledge

3. (optional) Select Filter by apps

   1. Use check boxes to select specific Atlassian and connected third-party apps

To control how AI changes are applied:

1. Select the levels icon from the bottom left of the Chat window

2. Use the toggle to Auto-apply AI changes, or have Rovo suggest them in Chat
