Smart Link list view

Smart Link list view is a feature available in Confluence and Jira that allows you to insert a list of items from various sources into any editor surface in Atlassian products.

You can do this by pasting a URL of search results or using available Smart Link list view tools. The feature does not store data, but instead syncs displayed information from the source link.

Update Jira work items straight from Smart Link list view

Readers with the right permissions can edit Jira items when viewing the list:

• Edit the description: Make real-time updates to the summary of the Jira work item as you react to changes in scope of the project.

• Update the priority: You can now easily adjust the priority of your tasks to reflect their urgency and importance right from the list view.

• Change the status: Keep your team informed by updating the status of your work items without navigating away from the Confluence page.

• Assign tasks: Quickly assign tasks to team members, ensuring that everyone knows their responsibilities at a glance.
