Archive, delete, and restore a dashboard
You must be the creator of the dashboard to archive, delete, or restore it.
Archive a dashboard
If you no longer use a dashboard but want to keep it for later, you can archive it to remove it from your active dashboards. A dashboard stays in the archive indefinitely until you restore it.
To archive a dashboard:
Go to Atlassian Home (home.atlassian.com).
Select Dashboards to go to the dashboards list.
Find the dashboard you want to archive.
Select More actions () > Archive.
Delete a dashboard
When you delete a dashboard, it’ll move to the trash, where it’ll stay for 30 days before it’s permanently deleted. Within those 30 days, you can restore it or archive it.
You cannot restore permanently deleted dashboards.
To delete a dashboard:
Go to Atlassian Home (home.atlassian.com).
Select Dashboards to go to the dashboards list.
Find the dashboard you want to archive.
Select More actions () > Move to trash.
Restore a dashboard
You can restore an archived dashboard at any time or a dashboard that’s been in the trash for 30 days or less.
To restore a dashboard:
Go to Atlassian Home (home.atlassian.com).
Select Dashboards to go to the dashboards list.
Depending on where the dashboard is, select Archived or Trash.
Find the dashboard that you want to restore.
Select More actions () > Restore.
