アイデアを作成する

You can create ideas inside each view in Jira Project Discovery. This option is available to both creators and contributors to enhance their experience in the idea creation process.

はじめる前に

• You need to have an active Jira Product Discovery license.

• You need to have at least one space in Jira Product Discovery.

• You need to be a creator or contributor with the enabled possibility to create ideas in the space.

To create an idea:

1. Go to your Jira Product Discovery space.

2. On the top navigation bar, select + Create.

3. Fill in the fields.

4. (Optional) Select Templates to get a ready-to-use solution for the Description field.

5. [作成] を選択します。

アイデア フォームをカスタマイズする

You can configure the fields the users should fill in when creating a new idea. The customization of an idea form allows to capture all necessary information. Additionally, admins can customize different creation forms for different types of ideas separately.

• You need to be a space admin to make the changes.

アイデア フォームをカスタマイズする方法。

1. Go to your Jira Product Discovery space.

2. On the top navigation bar, select + Create, then select Configure form.

3. Under Customize the create form for each type, select the type to set up its create form template.

4. Under Select a view, select a view from the dropdown that reflects the views available in your space. The view fields become available in the creatinn form.

5. オプションで、すべてのフィールドを必須項目としてマークします。

6. Under Description template, select a ready template for the description field, or create a custom description template by selecting + Create a template.

Space admins can also quickly preview how contributors will see the create form by selecting the preview icon or copying a link next to each type of work.
