Track how often a Rovo agent is used
Insights for agents is currently in open BETA.
Bugs, incomplete functionality, and changes are to be expected.
After building an agent, the agent’s owner, admins, and collaborators can monitor data insights to track how often people use it. These stats suggest whether the agent is effective and user-friendly or if its identity and scenario should be adjusted.
Insights currently pull two key metrics over a select time period:
Average daily users
The average number of unique users who interacted with the agent at least once a day
Total conversations
The total number of unique conversations this agent had, with users or as part of an automation workflow
Coming soon:
Deflection rate
The percentage of conversations a Rovo service agent (ie, one with the JSM Raise Request skill) handled autonomously, deflecting the need for customer support
These metrics can also be added as chart widgets to custom dashboards in Atlassian Home.
To view usage insights:
Use the app switcher to open Studio
Select Agents from the left-hand navigation to open your agent library
Select a Rovo agent from your agent list
Select Insights from the side menu
(Optional) Adjust the time range in the Date dropdown menu
available data begins in September 2025
The time range defaults to the Last 31 days, but the Date dropdown can be adjusted (and reset).
