Regular and frequent updates on your projects, goals, and topics are a great way to keep stakeholders in the loop, get early feedback, and broadcast your progress. To avoid interruptions to your work by switching to another tool, you can post updates directly from your Microsoft Teams app.
To be able to post updates from your Microsoft Teams app make sure you have the Microsoft Teams app installed on your Microsoft Teams workspace. Read more about using Microsoft Teams for your projects and goals.
If you already have the app:
Log in to your Atlassian workspace from Microsoft Teams app.
Find the weekly reminder to your project and select Write update button.
Enter your update as text and select Post when you’re done.
You can now view the update from your project, Microsoft Teams and — if you linked your project to the channel — from your Slack app.
You should be the owner or a contributor to the project to post updates on it from the Microsoft Teams app.
