Platform experiences are a set of features and experiences that are available throughout the Atlassian suite of apps. Each can help you connect the dots across your teams, their apps, and work - wherever it happens.

• Atlassian tags: Group projects and goals by a theme, see their status, their updates, and share it to help your teams get up to speed faster. What are tags?

• Kudos: Everyone loves feeling appreciated. Take a minute to say “thank you” to your teammates by giving them a kudos.

• Sync reporting lines from your identity provider: When you sync the manager attribute from your identity provider, users can see their teammate’s manager in their profile card and filter projects and goals by their manager.

プラットフォーム機能の対象者は誰ですか?

Any organization with at least one Atlassian site is eligible, regardless of whether they have a free or paid plan. Sites are automatically created with many of our apps, such as Jira and Confluence.

When turning these features on, you will also need to agree to specific terms and agree to supported compliance terms.

プラットフォーム機能を有効化する方法

A1. All current Platform Experiences are available for free to any customers with at least one site. Existing features are free to use and will likely remain this way, but new capabilities and extensions may be paid or included with other paid Atlassian apps.

Q2. Can I deactivate platform experiences on my site?

A2. No. Customers can no longer opt out of platform experiences, admins control who in your organization can use them by managing access in Atlassian Administration.

A6. While platform experiences was in early access, we gradually enrolled certain customers in the program in preparation for an Atlassian-wide rollout. Initially, we targeted low-risk customers who are unlikely to require certain compliance features (e.g., HIPAA or data residency) but the early access period is now over and we have now rolled these features out to all customers.
