Calendar widget in Home
The calendar widget in Atlassian Home helps you stay on top of your schedule by showing your upcoming meetings from Google Calendar or Outlook directly where you start your workday. With the power of Atlassian Rovo, you can also get AI-powered briefings to walk into every meeting with the right context.
カレンダーと接続する
To see your meetings in Home, your organization admin must first enable the Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar connector in the Atlassian Administration hub.
Once enabled, you can connect your individual account:
Navigate to Home (home.atlassian.com).
In the calendar widget, select Connect calendar.
If your organization has both Google and Outlook enabled, choose the provider you use for your primary work calendar.
Follow the prompts to authenticate with your account.
View your schedule
The calendar widget displays your meetings for the current work week.
Date selector: Use the work-week header to switch between days. On weekends, the widget defaults to the upcoming Monday.
Event details: Each event shows the start time, end time, and meeting title.
Join meetings: When a meeting is about to start or is currently live, a Join button appears for one-click access to the call.
Open in calendar: Click any event to open the full details in your source calendar app (Google or Outlook).
Note: The calendar widget is currently available on web only and is not supported on the Atlassian mobile app.
Prepare for meetings with Rovo
If your organization has Atlassian Rovo, you can use the Prepare button on any upcoming event to get an actionable brief in seconds.
When you select Prepare, Rovo Chat opens with a briefing that pulls together relevant signals from across your connected tools, including:
Work context: Recent Jira issues, Confluence pages, and Atlas goals related to the meeting topic.
Activity signals: Recent updates or discussions from Slack and email threads involving the meeting attendees.
Action items: Open tasks or recent decisions from previous recurring meetings.
How it works and considerations
Rovo uses large language models (LLMs) to analyze meeting metadata and generate these briefs. To get the most out of this feature, keep the following in mind:
Generic titles: If a meeting has a generic title (like "Sync") and no description, Rovo will attempt to infer context from attendee activity, but the brief may be less targeted.
Permissions: Rovo only surfaces information you already have permission to access. It will never show you content from private spaces or projects you can't see.
Sensitive topics: Rovo is designed to decline generating briefs for meetings involving highly sensitive personal topics, such as performance reviews or compensation discussions.
Verification: As with all AI-generated content, we recommend verifying key facts against their original sources before sharing them with others.
