Check the status of your Instance health insights

We’ll start collecting data and generating insights related to Instance health automatically after you connect your instance and complete the setup.

If you’re unable to connect, you can also manually collect and upload the data.

Insight status

After you connect to a product, we'll start collecting data and display the status.

Status

Description

Pending

The data collection hasn’t started. This usually means the connection to your Data Center instance hasn’t been established yet.

In progress

The data collection is in progress. The initial data collection takes around 24 hours.

Up to date

The data and insights are up to date. The optimization insights refresh every 24 hours at UTC+3.

Has errors

There are problems with collecting the data. This could be due to

No data

The data has been deleted.

View generated insights and recommendations

Once the data has been collected, you can view insights and recommendations for your instance.

To view insights and recommendations:

  1. Select any Data Center instance.

  2. In the right-hand panel, select View insights.

  3. You’ll be moved to the instance view where you can switch between different tabs.
