Assess your cloud readiness and check status
We’ll start collecting data and generating cloud readiness assessment for your Data Center right after you connect to it, provided that you completed all the prerequisites.

If you’re unable to connect to your Data Center instance, you can also collect and upload your data manually
Cloud readiness assessments are available for Jira and Confluence Data Center
Assessment status
After you connect to your Data Center instance, we’ll start collecting the data, and display the results.
Status | Description |
|---|---|
Pending | The data collection hasn’t started. This usually means the connection to your Data Center instance hasn’t been established yet. |
In progress | The data collection is in progress. The initial data collection might take up to a few hours to complete. It’s not updated automatically later on, you’ll need to re-assess. |
Up to date | The data and insights are up to date. |
Has errors | There are problems with collecting the data, which usually means that you haven’t completed all prerequisites. |
No data | The assessment has been deleted. |
Automatic re-assessment
By default, we’ll enable automatic re-assessments after you connect an instance so your results stay up to date and accurate. For more info, see Re-assess your cloud readiness automatically.
View your cloud readiness assessment
Once the data has been collected, you can view your assessment, together with recommendations.
To view your cloud readiness assessment.
Under Portfolio insights, select Cloud readiness.
Select a Data Center instance.
In the right-hand panel, select View assessment.
You’ll be moved to your cloud readiness assessment where you can switch between the tabs. The Overview tab includes a list of all data points and how they related to our guardrails. In other tabs, you’ll see information about Marketplace apps.
