Download and configure the Jira Cloud app for iOS

Keep work moving forward from anywhere with the Jira Cloud app for iOS. It’s powerful and palm-sized.

Download, set up/sign in, and invite the team.

1. Download Jira Cloud for iOS from the App Store.

2. Open the app on your iPhone and follow the prompts to sign up for an account, or log into an existing account.

If you’re signing up for a new account:

1. Follow the steps to verify your email address

2. Follow the steps to name your new Jira site

3. You'll be automatically taken to a new project. Name your project, and select a project template.

4. Invite your teammates to join the project. Select your account avatar, then select Invite people to site.

5. Begin creating issues (or work with issues and requests in service management projects). Depending on the type of project template you’ve selected, there are multiple ways to create an issue:

   • Select + Create on your board at the bottom of a column

   • Select + Create issue in your backlog

   • Select + Create issue at the top of the Home screen

   • Select + at the top of the Issues screen.
