Share a Rovo Agent
Sharing the Agents you have created can be a powerful way to collaborate and maintain consistency across your organization.
You can share an Agent with other users on your site by copying a link to it from Browse Agents. If an Agent is not hidden, anyone can find it by searching for it in Browse Agents.
Share a hidden Agent
When you create or edit your Agent, you can choose to Hide Agent. If an Agent is hidden, it won’t appear to anyone in Browse Agents (except the person who created it).
Even if you hide an Agent it will still appear in the people and teams directory. The only place it will be hidden from is the Agents directory, access via Browse Agents.
To provide a link to a hidden Agent:
From the Chat dropdown at the top of Chat, select Browse Agents.
Select My Agents to view the Agents you’ve created.
Select More options () on the Agent’s card, then select Copy link.
Whoever you share the link with can use it to start a fullscreen chat with your Agent.
Agents don't grant additional access or permissions to any data or information. So even when Agents are shared, people can only see content they have access to.
