Share a Rovo Agent
Sharing the Agents you have created can be a powerful way to collaborate and maintain consistency across your organization.
You can share an Agent with other users on your site by sharing a link to its profile. To get a link to an Agent’s profile:
Open Chat in the navigation bar in Jira, Jira Service Management, Jira Product Discovery or Confluence.
From Chat, select Agents.
You can Search for an Agent by typing its name in the search bar, or by using the filters for Favorites or My agents (which are Agents you created).
Once you’ve found an Agent that interests you, use the more actions () button to copy a link to that Agent's profile.
Whoever you share the link with can use it to start a fullscreen chat with your Agent.
Agents don't grant additional access or permissions to any data or information. So even when Agents are shared, people can only see content they have access to.
