Search with Smart Links

Rovo allows you to search Smart Links you’ve seen within Atlassian apps.

You can use filters in search to narrow your results to a particular app. Searchable Smart Links don’t require admin setup and are available as part of Rovo Search.

When you first see a Smart Link within an Atlassian app, you’ll be asked to connect your Atlassian account to that third-party app. You only need to do this once per third-party app.

Not all Smart Links are searchable. We currently support the following Smart Links in Rovo Search:

Third-party app

What you can search for

Figma

Designs, Figjams

Zeplin

Screens

ClickUp

Tasks

AdobeXD

Files

PowerBI

Reports

Other third-party apps in Rovo

There are many other connectors for Rovo that don’t use Smart Links to connect to Rovo Search (such as Google Drive and Slack). These require an admin to setup before you can use them. See more at Manage Rovo connectors

Once you’ve connected your Atlassian account, you can search for Smart Links in Rovo Search. For a result to show in search, it must be:

  • a Smart Link from an app in the table above

  • on a page you have viewed within an Atlassian app

  • on a site with Rovo

This means that you may see different results from your teammate, even though you may have access to the same Smart Links.

After searching, you can filter to a specific Smart Link app by using the app filters on the right side.
