Browse Rovo Agents

If you’re looking for an Agent to help with a particular task, you can use Browse Agents to view Agents that have been created in your organization, Agents that Atlassian has created, or Agents purchased by your organization from Atlassian Marketplace.

You’ll see Agents in various places including the Chat sidebar, or when you’re editing Confluence content using the /ai shortcut. Agents are identifiable by the “Agent” label, a descriptive name, and a heaxgon-shaped avatar. By hovering over an Agent’s name, you’ll see a small, simplified version of the Agent’s profile.

If you want to browse your organization’s Agents, or are looking to chat with a particular Agent:

  1. Open Chat from the top navigation bar, near your profile icon or avatar. To open Chat in a full screen select the the Full screen icon from the Chat sidebar.

  2. From the empty Chat window, select Browse Agents. Or select Browse Agents from the dropdown menu at the top of Chat.

  3. You can Search for the Agent by typing its name in the search bar, or by using the filters for Favorites or My Agents (which are Agents you created).

  4. Once you’ve found an Agent that interests you:

    1. Select the name to open Chat with that Agent.

    2. Use the more actions () button to:

      1. Copy a link to that Agent's profile

      2. View the Agent’s profile to see more details about the Agent.

      3. Duplicate the Agent. More about duplicating Agents

      4. Edit the Agent (if you’re the creator).

Agent profiles

An Agent’s profile is where people within your instance can see more details about an Agent.

An Agent's profile shows the following information:

  • who created the Agent

  • the Agent’s instructions

  • the Agent’s knowledge sources

  • the actions available to the Agent. More on Agent actions

  • conversation starters for the Agent.

Any Agents built with code by your organization or by Atlassian Marketplace partners will have their knowledge and instructions hidden for privacy.
