Rovo-powered smart search helps you find information and take action faster when searching from Home on your mobile device. With smart search, you can ask questions in natural language and get quick, relevant answers above your usual search results.
Rovo must be enabled for your Jira space. AI features must not be disabled.
How smart search works
You can ask Rovo a question using natural language to find what you’re looking for quickly. Rovo will search for relevant work and teams across your Atlassian products to give you the most accurate answer.
Try a question like:
What was I recently assigned?
Who is on the Collaboration team that I can talk to about the new Invite feature?
Where is the document I recently commented on for QA testing?
When you enter a search, Rovo analyzes your query and generates a response containing a preview. Select See more to view the full response and the sources of information Rovo used. You can review the sources and select a work item or relevant link to view more details.
Run a smart search
To use Rovo-powered smart search on Jira mobile:
Select Home on your mobile device.
Select the search bar and enter a question or keyword.
If smart answers are available, Rovo’s response will be displayed above your keyword-search results.
